It’s been awhile since I updated the blog from the iPhone app. Brittany and I were both off work this week and did the parent tour.

Since my parents live at the beach we got to do some beach hanging. The first afternoon we went to 29th Street at the Oceanfront. It ended up being an overcast, kind of chilly day. Wearing a sweater on the beach is kind of great.

That night my parents made steak and baked potatoes. Yum!

The next day was a great day for the beach. Not too hot but lots of sunshine. We went down to Sandbridge, so much better than the oceanfront. We parked where I always used to park at the S-turns, so it’s a little less crowded. I was somewhat of a bad friend and let Brittany fall asleep on her stomach resulting in sunburnt legs and backside. In my defense I was asleep for some of that time as well. The water was surprisingly warm too. Great beach days indeed.
